Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors affecting the tourists’ satisfaction with the quality of tourism services in Dong Nai Province and thereby evaluate the impact of these factors on the mentioned subjects. The study uses a convenient non-probability sampling method with 300 votes (except 16 eliminated inappropriate votes, 284 votes were used for analysis) to evaluate the scales using Cronbach's reliability coefficient, Alpha, EFA exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and testing of initial hypotheses. Research results by SPSS 22.0 software, show that there are 6 factors affecting tourists’ satisfaction with the quality of tourism services in Dong Nai including Infrastructure for tourism; Travel landscape; Food, beverage, shopping and entertainment services; Security and safety; Staff; Perceived price, Of these, the biggest impact is from the Security and safety factor while the least impact is from the factor of Food, beverage, shopping and entertainment services. Based on the findings, the researcher makes some recommendations on improving the quality of tourism services and increasing tourists’ satisfaction with the quality of tourism services in Dong Nai.
